Named Fiduciary, 402(a) and 3(16) oversight. ERISA Title One allows a Trustee and or Fiduciary

to assign your responsibilities required by Title One to an expert. The Named Fiduciary provides

either an annual or semiannual zoom meeting including all service providers to discuss what

service they are providing to your Plan. ERISA requires a written document of procedures, changes, and

minutes of the PAC meeting and confirmation of required documents provided to participants.
